What I found is that yeah, the theme is cool, but around turn 4-5 your opponent's hand is empty so you can gain no damage from discarding him, and you die from the things he already has on the table, or what he's topdecking.

Would it make sense to delve into Golgari, to get some good creatures onto the table and a little explore lifegain?

Only played 'play' so far, pretty good record against bad decks. Thoughts on how to improve it?

The synergy of Midnight Reaper's life loss with Wildgrowth Walker's lifegain I find too much to pass up usually. I'm trying this now, it is pretty fun.
