LOL, yes its a bit of a gamble ATM maybe 21 and the 4 Soul Scar and loose the Goblins would be the right move, the win rate is high tho.

Haha, fair enough. I won’t argue against a high win rate. (:

An aggro deck with 3 and 4 drops shouldn't be running only 20 lands. If you disagree, this should actually be a topic on the main forum, since it seems multiple people have disagreed with me on this.

An aggro deck wants to play 1 drop, 2 drop, 3 drop, 4 drop, opponent is dead on turn 5. You don't want to miss a land drop, EVER, before your 4th if you can help it.

Playing a 1 cmc spell to make sure you can draw more lands, instead of just running the lands, is bad deck building for an aggro deck. You should not be playing any spells that don't contribute to dealing more damage. All of your mana, for at least the first 4 turns, should be spent pressuring the opponent. If you are doing something else fairly often, your deck isn't running right, or you aren't playing an aggro deck.

Prowess decks aren't typical aggro decks. The damage isn't linear, it needs a critical mass and then goes Boom. Like I've said before, it plays more like a combo deck.

And why not play spells to draw more Land if playing spells is what the deck is about? I mean, plenty of dino decks run commune to draw lands...

Dinos is a midrange deck. There's a difference.

Insult triggers for 2 spells, that works great with prowess. if you got Adeliz down you can kill them on the spot.

Getting Adeliz to stick is the hard part. She draws removal like flies to Sh|t. Yeah, but Insult is such a delicious card to play.
Imo 2 things wreck prowess/cantrip decks:
Getting all you creatures killed and drawing too much Land.
My Last game, I was in T7 and still had 3 lands in hand. Can't win a game like that.

Ugh I hate when that happens, I like the monument to genius in that scenario, you can turn your excess land into cards.
On the Sweepers Riddleform is a pseudo Copter -I remark the Pseudo... coz copter is just so much better- so It can keep the pressure up after a sweeper and typically enchantments are harder to deal for most decks.

So this is my mostly final list:

Creatures (18)
4 Siren Stormtamer
4 Soul-Scar Mage
2 Ghitu Lavarunner
4 Spellweaver Eternal
4 Adeliz, the Cinder Wind

Instants (19)
2 Unsummon
4 Opt
3 Chart a Course
4 Lightning Strike
4 Wizard's Lightning
2 Blink of an Eye

Enchantments (3)
1 The Flame of Keld
2 Riddleform

Lands (20)
8 Mountain
8 Island
4 Sulfur Falls

I got 1 sulfur falls from a quick contructed event and decided to blow my rare WCs on the rest.
Damn can this deck win from out of nowhere. It's running pretty smooth, the curve is low and it packs a punch. It can seem to durdle a bit to begin with, but like I said, it has to hit critical mass before it goes off. It sometimes flops, but then so do mostly all decks, but it just wrecks decks with low interaction. If they don't kill your guys asap, they're in for big damage T5-6. From there, even if you don't kill them on the spot, burn should do the trick. Riddleform is nightmare for control as is stormtamer.
I'm convinced, izzet wizards is a deck. Wouldn't say T1, but T2 or T1.5 maybe. And since it's a budget deck, they're beginning to show up on the ladder, so watch out.

I had 2 chart a course on the library yay! the card is definitively better than the cartouche. Overall the list is coming tight.
Riddleform is 4 Copies for sure on the final list tho.
Nice move on the sulfur falls!

Yeah, Riddleform is awesome, but I've only got 2 and space is tight. It would be bonkers if the sphinx was a wizard though. Great T2 play, gives control fits, scry is super useful.

Ideal curve: T1 Soul-Scar, T2 Riddleform (attack for 2), T3 bolt face for 3 attack for 5, Chart for 2 cards or drop some wizards. T4 Adeliz + bolt face for 3, attack for at least 8. GG.
I haven't gone that smoothly yet, but I have gotten some T5 wins.

Flame of Keld is such a fun, blow-out card.
I was getting smashed by a Rdw deck, but I managed to get a Spellweaver to stick, but he has a Firebrand, which he Choose to attack with instead of killing my spell Weaver because I'm low on life and haven't done much damage.
I run out of cards, drop Keld and discard a Mountain (Plenty of Land). He attacks with the Firebrand and a 1/1 Runner and takes me to six. I draw 3 cards, a Land a lavarunner and a lightning strike. I drop the lavarunner to block and attack with Spellweaver. he's at 12, he draws and drops a Land, abrades my Runner and attacks for 2. Taking me to 4 and has 5 lands for the Ruins, in other words, I'm dead next turn but is out of cards. I untap and draw...
Another lightning strike! I promptly emote a good game and double lightning strike him for 10 and attack with the Spellweaver for another 6 damage.
That's what I call winning from out of nowhere. :D

Oh my, I don't want to sound like I'm tooting my own horn, but...

Just got the nut draw and a T4 kill.
On the play, hand was mountain, island, stormtamer, spellweaver, wizard bolt x3.
T1: island + storm tamer.
he dropped a BW tapland.
T2: I drew mountain, attack for 1, drop spellweaver.
He plays a land and drops a treasure map.
T3: I drew chart a course. Attack, bolt face for 3, 3 damage and chart a course post-combat, getting Adeliz and a mountain.
He scrys with the map and drops a tap land.
T4: drop the mountain, play Adeliz, bolt face for 3 and do 9 damage. GG.

This deck is ludicrous.

Why Chart a Course post combat? Isn't it better to activate Prowess for an additional damage if you're going for a quick kill?

Maybe a dumb question :(

That's a subtle, but difficult question. The thing is, early on, you want to fill your hand and not Discards, later on you always have excess Land to ditch. So post combat early, pre-combat later.
In fact, flooding hurts the deck so much that I'm thinking of testing an 18 Land version.

Because you're maxing your Chart a Course copies, I dunno if there's room for Fiery Temper in your deck for 1 red mana bolts?

Just an idea.

I might keep the land as-is and then you could discard lands freely with Chart a Course if you have no madness stuff to trigger. This deck seems to want to kill pretty quickly so I was thinking that extra prowess pump might be optimal, but you know the deck far better.

They don’t have access to Fiery Temper.

Fwiw, that was a great suggestion, you just didn’t know. I really wish they DID have access to btw, there are some decks that would love that card.
