Pretty far, I live in basically the center of Houston, and I think the shooting was closer to San Antonio - think 3 hour drive or so.

Just heard that Perfect Blue is getting a limited release at UK cinema's for its 20th anniversary. Can't wait to see it on the big screen, it's so f*cking good, maybe even in the top ten all time for me.

Also how freaking good is Mindhunter?! So nice to see Torv in something again (Fringe is one of my favourite shows) and the whole thing is pure Fincher gold.

I've been Watching the first 2 episodes with the wife and its pretty good. Not really action-packed, but the kind of stuff the wife really enjoys. Kind of interesting to see how the whole profiling thing in the FBI came to be.
A recommended watch for anyone who is even remotely interested in psychology, especially criminal-psychology.

Just finished watching the S1... its freaking amazing what a great show!!
last scene is so good close..

Yeah, I really enjoyed it too. Looking forward to season 2.

Hey, they're sending out 100000 invite for Arena this week, so odds are you'll get yours soon.

If you do get in, go with mono-red. Its lots of fun and pretty much top-deck atm.

Four Things.

1. Why did this thread get Necro'd.

2. Devil, why didn't you look for this before making a new one?

3. Which off topic thread is the "correct" one to use, and can we please just let the other one die? (My vote is we let this one die since it's just a confusing necro at this point; but I'm biased).

4.

Who are you talking to with this? I'm just curious. I'm guessing it's the person above due to context?

I think they've already notified almost everyone who is going to be part of the stress test (most of the emails already went out), so if you are like me and signed up asap and still have not received an email by this late a date, I would bet it is unlikely you would get an email for that particular batch of 100,000.

Haven, when this comes to Xbox I’ll be looking to you to help me out with an early mono red build! Your decks seem to do insanely well in my hands

Heaven if I get in I will definitively going RED I will love to play RDW with out the rarity restrictions of duels and by now is the deck I know the most in the Arena meta.
I watched Legend mono red the other day it looked so much fun
Mjack, I necro´d this coz I remembered some talk on Mindhunter and I wanted to pick it up... -what are you the offtopic police?- that show is so amazing It also necro´d my old Led Zeppelin playlist

I got no problem on letting this thread die... I just like chaos too...

Dammit I've made a Sheldon Cooper joke.

Edit:

Sheldon Cooper joke (definition): A joke that isn't funny because you have to explain the joke.

Edit 2: In B4 someone makes a bad joke about mjack33 jokes. I want to slightly ruin that one before it has a chance to take off.

Have y'all ever considered what is the definition of cheese?

Because apparently Nacho Cheese is not cheese. I know this because it's able to avoid having to comply with certain United States laws due to the United States government deciding it doesn't technically count as cheese.

Yet somehow American Cheese is still cheese. I don't understand.

Don't get me wrong. I love a good grilled cheese made with two slices of American Cheese. It's mm mm delicious. Throw in some tomato and bacon and you can make me do a damn good Homer Simpson impression.

I'm just aware of what I'm eating; the same way I'm aware of what's in Chickfila, Mccy D's, and Taco Bell.

Edit: I mean I drink Diet Coke. And Diet Pepsi. Diet Pepsi actually says "Now without aspartame" on the bottle. <- That doesn't suddenly make Diet Pepsi the healthier product.

Can we start talking about different kinds of BBQ in this thread?

That is a discussion I am sincerely interested in having. It doesn't even have to BBQ. Just good food in general is A-Okay with me.

That's actually a huge statement considering how many regional ways there are to BBQ.
Do you not like BBQ as in sauce or is it also rubs or is it grilling in general?
If it's grilling in general I'm going to have to ask you to leave.

Pulled pork from a pork tenderloin in a slow cooker is heaven. Doesn't even need sauce.
