Deck looks good. The only card I'd consider for you here is the Floodwaters; I don't mind one of them in most decks since bounce is pretty good in a format with a bunch of Embalm. Possible cuts are Cut // Ribbons (if you dislike the splash) or one Wastland Scorpion (if you feel okay with 13 creatures). That slot might be up to preference though.

Open into Wonder wants to be in aggressive blue decks for its ability to push through damage and reload the hand after vomiting it onto the board; UR is probably the prime example of such a deck. It doesn't really fit your deck though.

Went 7-2. This deck felt a lot stronger. Soulstinger in particular was quite the MVP, there were all sorts of things I could do with it (such as attack, force opponent to block, and then play another Soulstinger or Plague Belcher to kill my Soulstinger as well as kill their creature). Horror of the Broken Lands was mediocre again, I don't think it ever attacked once the entire 9 games, but that might be because I never drew it when it mattered. River Serpent was also bad except as a cycler. The only time the card "mattered" was late in the game when I was resolving Wander in Death, but then I decided to take Soulstinger instead. Miasmic Mummy was actively bad some of the time but other times it was great, since I can discard aftermath half of my cards for value. I did this to enable the Riches half of Rags//Riches once, when Rags would actually have killed my board not his. That's something to pay attention to in the next draft.

One lost game was to a Boros aggro deck that attacked with Doomed Dissenter into my Scorpion, traded, and then played a Bone Picker. I was very close to stabilizing given my Cartouche of Ambition but couldn't make it there since I stalled on three lands. Speaking of which, annoyingly, I seemed to run into a lot of mana problems in spite of the 17 lands, and almost never flooded out (thanks, Seeker of Insights!). On six wins I had a Seeker of Insight turn 2, Plague Belcher turn 3, Cartouche of Knowledge turn 4 and Cartouche of Ambition turn 5 against a G/R deck. Not a pretty sight.

I wonder what the next format is?

Controversial opinion, but I'm hoping it's Ixalan or RIX. I've had very little experience in either format (I was really busy IRL when they were live), so I want to play with them now and see how I fare at them.

Plus, cracking lands for the collection wuld be nice :)

EDIT: Just looked it up; next Quickdraft will be M19 again, with DOM being the Competitive Draft format of choice.

Final record after this rotation
7-1 WR
3-3 WR
3-3 BR
4-3 UB
7-1 WR
68% win rate yay! .... :D
Tho somehow I lost rank in the process :/

Final 7-1 deck
This pile was obscene and I would be ashamed if I could not pilot it to 7 wins

RIX and XLN are my least favorite blocks, it's heavy tribal -which sucks in limited- with some unbeatable bombs in the rare slot -at least in AKH and HOU gods where mythic- Vampires have excellent commons and uncommons and WB is king.

Anyway, next quick draft block is M19 then DOM then RIX-RIX-XLN

I didn't have time to finish my last draft, resigned at 3-1 and am still holding gold 4 rank.

I hope it's something good, don't like 3*amonket so I've a nice amount of gold saved up. Something with dual lands would be nice, though I'd really like dominaria again despite not really needing cards from there.

edit - oh it's m19 then dom, that'll do, m19 can be fun in a low powered way and then DOM! yay.

I thought Amonkhet Remastered was the new set and started a sealed run to check it out, then it turns out to be old Amonkhet ...

Here're the six rares I opened, how good are they?

Pride Sovereign <-- I expect this to be a bomb, but only in GW, and my green is pretty damn barren
Solemnity <-- likely unplayable
Dread Wanderer <-- looks weak as hell
Sweltering Suns <-- kills most of my stuff too
Refuse // Cooperate <-- the front half looks bad, the second half requires blue
Neheb, the Worthy <-- looks reasonable but nothing special

Top White cards in my pool: Fan Bearer, Gust Walker, Oketra's Avenger, Compulsory Rest. Not sure if Vizier of Deferment is good, but I got two of those.
Top Blue cards in my pool: Cartouche of Knowledge, Essence Scatter, Unquenchable Thirst, Lay Claim (presumably an In Bolas's Clutches that costs 7 is still very strong)
Top Black cards in my pool: Final Reward, Gravedigger, 2x Bone Picker, Pitiless Vizier for minotaur synergies, other cards are very grindy
Top Red cards in my pool: Magma Spray, Open Fire, 3x Zealot of the God-Pharaoh for minotaur synergies if I play Neheb
Top Green cards in my pool: Exemplar of Strength, Oasis Ritualist, Greater Sandwurm
Multicolor & artifacts: Farm//Market (looks like nothing special), Start//Finish (should be quite good), Reduce//Rubble (looks crappy), Struggle//Survive, Onward//Victory, Sunset Pyramid, and an Evolving Wilds

I wonder what the build is, the pool looks pretty mediocre since the rares aren't especially strong.

EDIT: Looks grim.

If I play Red it'll probably have to be with White, since it's the deepest color. I could be wrong, but looks like a bad aggro deck.

Maybe BR but there's a giant hole in my 2-drop slot in that case (my Black has literally no 2-drops except Trial of Ambition).

WB looks like your strongest deck by quite a bit, especially considering some of the cards not even in your main (Start // Finish, Wander In Death, Wasteland Scorpion are all good playables, and Farm // Market is playable even if you never cast Market)

Your Green lacks depth to be a main colour, and most of your Green cards need Green to be your main to be good (Ritualists, Exemplar). Your fixing might be good enough to splash for Pride Sovereign and the Desert; but give that your WB looks best as a more aggressive deck I don't think it's appropriate to splash for it.

Vizier of Deferment is playable, though I personally never really loved it.

I'd probably do something like this:

1 x Dread Wanderer
1 x Fan Bearer
1 x Supernatural Stamina

1 x Gust Walker
1 x Oketra's Avenger
1 x Binding Mummy
1 x Impeccable Timing
1 x Compulsory Rest
1 x Sunset Pyramid

1 x Baleful Ammit
1 x Blighted Bat
3 x Wasteland Scorpion
1 x Wander in Death
1 x Lethal Sting
1 x Start // Finish
1 x Farm // Market

2 x Bone Picker
1 x Gravedigger

1 x Aven of Enduring Hope
1 x Final Reward

7 x Plains
8 x Swamp
1 x Desert of the True
1 x Evolving Wilds
