I'm ok with Militia Captain in token decks where you can flip him reliably if he's not removed right away, but with the lack of 1 drops and only 2 token producers (that need to attack), he's not particularly attractive and looks like a weak link. Only 4 removal spells in a midrange deck seems too light. Alternatively could consider Collective Effort for removal + utility.
