People have been trying out the Enigma Drake combo deck to take advantage of cycling, but nobody's taken a crack at the cycling creatures. A reanimator shell is an option, although we don't really have any big pay-offs for having heaps of creatures in the yard (something like living death would be funky). Liliana's elite is the closest we get to lhurgoyf and Maybe Graveblade Marauder could be an option too. Currently the better pay-off is Drake Haven, although as a 2-of the draw is inconsistent.
The cycling creatures are kind of meh, except for ifnir and the sphinx, but at least they're big and can self-dump themselves.

So here's an Alpha build. I've take a slightly different, less focused version on the ladder and had mixed results, Going about 50/50.

Reanicycle

Creature(18)
3x Ruthless Sniper (I'm gonna give these guys a run, if they don't work in this deck, they won't work anywhere. Seem too fragile and slow atm)
3x Shadowstorm Vizier (same as the above, more for Defense that for beatdown)
1x Liliana's Elite (in the limited testing I did, the lhurgoyf wanna worked, but ended up being much smaller than I imagined)
2x Curator of Mysteries (one of the better cycling creatures, if I could, I'd run another 2 of these instead of the Shimmerscales)
2x Shimmerscale Drake (boring as hell, but these guys and a bunch of Drake tokens can take over a game)
3x Horror of the Broken Lands (The version I took to the ladder had a single fling and I managed to attack with thus guy at 10/7, unblockable with a key and fling him ftw)
2x Archfiend of Ifnir (this guy is like Cristiano Ronaldo, even if the rest of the team sucks, you can still win just on his merits. If he doesn't eat removal asap, he can swing things in your favour pretty easily)
1x River Serpent (cards in the yard isn't a problem, but the cc is all wrong on this Snake. Yawn...)
1x Desert Cerodon (see above. Double yawn)

Instant(6)
2x Scarab Feast (wasn't in the earlier version, in here mostly to cycle asap and ocasional value)
2x Censor (buy some time, because this deck is slow to build up)
2x Hieroglyphic Illumination (cycle early, draw late, if you don't die first)

Sorcery(8)
2x Cathartic Reunion (really good T4 if you dropped a Haven T3)
2x Radiant Flames (Draw this or die vs aggro. Other version had languish too. Shame we didn't get the cycling sweeper)
2x Necromantic Summons (reanimation suite. Could be 1 less. +2/+2 Buff is great for the Archfiend)
2x Ever After (get back 2 big dumb crappy creatures? Not sure... Other version had Ulamog and Disciple as classic reanimator critters, this one doesn't)

Split(2)
2x Never (super useful)

Enchantment(2)
2x Drake Haven (its pretty damn powerful, but you've really got to build around it)

Planeswalker(1)
1x Liliana, Death's Majesty (another 5cc Sorcery speed reanimation spell)

Artifact(1)
1x Key to the City (without any madness spells, the key isn't as powerful, but an extra Discard is another Drake and can let 1 of your critters hit home unhindered)

Land(22) (all the draw from cycling should mean you flood a lot, because hitting Land breaks the cycling flow. If only we had those bike-lands...)
2x Island
2x Sunken Hollow
4x Swamp
2x Smoldering Marsh
2x Mountain
2x Dragonskull Summit
2x Sulfur Falls
2x Drowned Catacomb
4x Evolving Wilds (because you really should shuffle that ever after off of the bottom of your deck)

To view this deck go to: https://www.magicduelshelper.com/deckli ... 5cebe2e177

Created using Magic Duels Helper: http://www.magicduelshelper.com

The deck is nowhere near competitive, its more just to explore a theme and test out what seem like powerful cards (Archfiend and Haven), that need to be built around. This may become a deck if the new expansion builds upon the same themes as Amonkhet and the better cards make it to Duels.

Any thoughts and ideas are appreciated. :)

I lost to a deck like this early on in the season. Caught me with my pants down. I thought it was playing a more standard Drake Heaven / Archfiend cycle deck, and was not expecting or ready for Ever After to pull a pair of horrors onto the battlefield. Sudden flash of 'lol, this deck is trash' into 'oh crap, this deck bout to crush me'. Seemed like a fun deck to play with.

I thought about building on this idea but there is one major problem. We only have 4 creatures with cycling.

I posted what I have been playing in the BU cycling thread. It's trying to get instants and sorceries in the gy but uses cycling pay offs instead of a drake. (Ruthless sniper is great in this deck)

I have been playing a variation of Legenvd's cycling deck and slowly trying some different things.

Here is my version:
2 x Cryptbreaker
3 x Ruthless Sniper
2 x Curator of Mysteries
2 x Archfiend of Ifnir
1 x Disciple of the Ring
3 x Cryptic Serpent

2 x Drake Haven

3 x Grasp of Darkness
4 x Scarab Feast
3 x Censor
4 x Hieroglyphic Illumination

3 x Compelling Argument
2 x Never
1 x Rise from the Tides

1 x Jace, Unraveler of Secrets
1 x Liliana, Death's Majesty
1 x Ob Nixilis Reignited

6 x Island
6 x Swamp
2 x Sunken Hollow
2 x Drowned Catacomb
4 x Submerged Boneyard
2 x Geier Reach Sanitarium

A friend of mine on XBL plays a more -1/-1 counter centric Jund cycling deck and it's pretty sweet. PM me if you want the list I will see if he wants to share.

Edit: Why did we not get any red or green cycle cards? Seed Guardian could be a good payoff to having lots of creatures in the gy.

Seems extremely ambitious - you have virtually no interaction: only four removal spells.

I'd run fewer cycling-synergy based creatures, add more cyclers elsewhere, and add the various red / black removal.
