I was thinking Grixis for Drake Haven too. I went in a more recursion heavy direction than madness - but we both seem to agree on the "correct" colors for it. I probably got a little more distracted by wanting to play new cards than you did (or at least lacked the self control to keep them out).
God damn it's killing me that everyone else here is already playing. I'm like that one kid in grade school who's parents won't allow opening of Christmas presents until noon.

I like your deck . I definately think that grixis is the colour for Drake Haven. I want to look into making a rez version myself now!

Made some changes to the deck, that I believe will give it some more consistency.

Def consider trying out Key to the City and Cathartic Reunion in your build - they are superperformers for me.
I've made some changes that haven't been updated on that thread yet. Can't recall all of them off the dome, but as I recall I cut Shadowstorm Vizier from it (found it underperforming and cut it once I realized I was getting more value from discarding it to recur Scroungers/Haunted Dead - but maybe it's better in yours that looks to be more aggressive where mines built to grind), added Radiant Flames, added the 2nd Key, and some other minor tuning I can't recall at the moment. I already had Reunions in, and they're def great for it.
It's a fun archetype and it's interesting to see people's different takes on it. I like the aggressive take you're messing with. Molten Vortex seems attractive and maybe I've been sleeping on that here, and Enigma Drake wouldn't have been where my mind went but seems fine with all the cycling/discarding filling GY. Tempted to suggest a couple Flings for it but idk what would get cut for room (maybe Manticore instead for discard synergy and embalm for its Fling effect?). I've been very happy with Curator when I've cast it - the scry effect it carries is very helpful for the deck, maybe even more than it's 4/4 body (which is good too of course).

I was gonna say, Pull from Tomorrow doesn't go with Haven...also, I'd cut Oby, Expertises (horrid for your drakes, btw) Javeliners Noxious etc and focus more on Blue cyclers and cheap spells, that in my experience is what this build wants.
Crypbreakers and Ruthless Snipers have worked nicely for me too

May as well throw my grixis variant in as well. Mine has a little different flavor than some of these others. It is intended to play a little more control like, with the win cons coming from sphinx, planeswalkers, or a combination of burn/ drake overwhelm. It's an interesting deck to say the least...take from it what you will!
