Hey guys! Really wanna get into Duels again. Haven't played since Zendikar more or less. Just wondering what the current meta looks like? I've completed all the campaigns, so I got some cards. And Origins and Zendikar both 100%. But still missing the vast majority of cards from all the new blocks. Any good tips for a solid deck I can start grinding some gold with? Is good old Izzet thopters still viable?

Not really no

But you can make a fast Radkos vehucles aggro deck which includes thopters. That is my creature heavy grinder

If you've been out of the loop for a while then you may not be aware that Duels has been discontinued. The servers are still running but the game is no longer supported. Our last set was Ammon Khet.

The good(ish) news is they are working on another ftp game. Its called Magic Arena and I think it is still in beta - haven't been following it too closely tho. There's a subforum for it now so you can peek in there for the latest hearsay.
