Maybe drop some lands and go with renegade maps? More artifacts to trigger Unlicensed damage, can fix and dry out Land from your deck or pop it get another Land to ditch to Cathartic Reunion when your low on cards.
Also, I wouldn't use trophy mage, I get that it's a tutor for your main win-con but it looks like a way to take 3 damage from an Unlicensed Disintegration that's been sitting in your opponent's hand.
I haven't actually switched to Cathartics yet so the map idea isn't super appealing to me. I mean I could drop the Mages and two lands for maps, but I don't see how that helps me much. The UD point is valid, although I haven't come across anyone who's used it on them yet. I'd hate to lose a game that way. But then my initial feeling is to replace them with more win conditions. If we had a hexproof flyer...

ETA: -3 TT, -1 Consulate Turret, -2 Trophy Mage, -1 Mountain, -1 Island, +4 Renegade Map, +4 Cathartic Reunion. Had to put in the maps if I was going to take out the mages and Turret. I still usually find a Dynavolt in a reasonable amount of time. Currently on the fence about Baral's Expertise. Usually if I GET three targets to hit, the opponent has control of the game. Might be good against tokens or something. But it could be another wincon.
