I haven't finished unlocking AER yet so I'm pretty sure I won't be able to test most of these. Just looking at the lists, my money is on Vert's. It is very focused on straight aggro (no gimmicky synergy strats) and just selects the best revolt cards in Abzan that support that strategy. Its stupid simple in that annoyingly effective way that Spikes always seem to zone in on.

Im sad that nobody tried a janky Aid from the Cowl build. It seems like the kind of card Maggit would have built something crazy-fun with.

Ok, doublepost FTW

I see there are 2 Call/Crats brews (Gemini and Elk) 2 Energy (DJ's and mine) and then one Wide (Timh) one Throne build (Humper) and one Bond based (Vert)

Nice! love the diversity...going to spin some games :)

Originally I had put together an enchantment based deck like Sl33p did but as soon as I saw his post, I scrapped my build and put together the token theme. It was created in minutes and had next to no testing (I felt like I was under a deadline and had to get the deck in for it to be included ). It started out as a crats brew and included Key to the City but morphed into a token/wide/buff idea (although kept some of the potential crats win potential). Looking at it now, I should have spent more time on it (especially the mana) but; as I said in another post, at least it functions. I'm actually surprised someone voted for it (and it wasn't even me!)!

Aristocrats tend to political games :P

I think I'm gonna make a little commentary on the decks, after I finish trying them...I'm having that rule about scraping them if, with reasonable hands, they lose against the AI...if they win, I playtest them against humans

Btw, I'm gonna start testing the 3º...this is going faster than espected, lol

Edit: Almost done, just one remaining to test of the six...pwee, that was a little tirade

I was debating on starting versus the AI but I think I'll just bring them right into the lobbies. Rank be damned

It seems like the Blisterpod decks are receiving the most votes. Good job Elk!

And I did not vote for my own deck.

My votes are probably from my mom (and that's impressive for a 70 yr old who doesn't understand technology) but thanks! Go go blisterpod!

Ok I decided to take each deck against the AI once so at least it gets as fair shot against a human cuz I'm warmed up

Anyway tried TImh's deck first. Way too slow, it went 0-1 against DImir srtifacts

Let's see if anybody ties it for last place

On the other end of the spectrum, TIMH's list is a total dog's breakfast. I think it'll be the worst performing of the bunch by far. I love him as a deckbuilder though, this is just my initial guess. Please don't vote based on this observations cuz I haven't tried any of the decks yet.

Thanks for poisoning the well, pal. It's clearly your fault I don't have any votes. :V

In my defense, I took the title challenge pretty literally and made the most dedicated Revolt deck of the batch. Nearly 1/3 of my deck is Revolt cards. 4 lists didn't even crack 10, 1 had 11, and only 1 deck came within arms reach of mine w/ 14. It's not amazing, maybe it's the worst of the batch, but I wouldn't call it dog food. I made some suboptimal choices for the sake of the theme, but it's not like my curve is fuct or the deck's unplayable. Just sayin

Here here... cheers to the other true revolt deck! :)

Side note: surprised at the general lack of gitrog in these lists... ultimate revolt generator. Gitrog? Git revolt.

Gitrog was a good call, and not one that was on my radar before w/ revolt.

I think your brew is the 3º best of the other 6 besides mine...it has nice things, like SE into Nissa, which I pulled first game, it has Kaly which is always good...and HiddenS is better than I thought, I still hadn't played it and it has been a nice surprise

It's main problem, imho, is that it just rolls and dies against anything fast + direct damage...Vamps crushed me, for example

Think of the synergy with the WG revolt card too, btw. Pretty good - of course it's a mythic though, so meh.

Same result with Verts deck. Loses to AI big wins on the ladder. It moves into the next round, congrats :)

Next up is DJ...

This is really fun

Omg DJs deck just wrecked face, bringing me to 40 this season for the first time

Ok time for Gems deck
