Can you use Reconnaissance to untap a creature after it deals combat damage? |

Yes. This is the current most popular use of Reconnaissance. It happens in either the end of the combat damage step or in the end of combat step. At that time, things are still labeled attacking and blocking creatures and can be targeted as such. Those labels only disappear after we move in the postcombat main phase. |
