I don't know if you all can give me a straight answer here or not because I'm questioning whether there is a typo in the rules, but here it goes anyway:

Emrakul, the Promised End lets you take an opponent's next turn. The comprehensive rules update today says in 714.4 that even if you control your opponent you CAN'T look at your opponent's sideboard or force them to access it. And yet WotC also printed Coax from the Blind Eternities in this set? What happens if my opponent has a Coax I want to cast?


My real question is: was CAN'T supposed to be CAN in today's comprehensive rules update?
