Share some ideas for decks you want to play and tell other people why their decks are bad. N'Zoth Control Rogue Stalls the game with the usual toolkit, and wins the game with Violet Teacher value, a large Edwin, Journey Below into a win-con or N'Zoth for game. Looks pretty weak to aggro and combo. BGH-Free Overload Midrange Capitalize on BGH leaving to play Flamewrathed Faceless and Earth Elemental, and then just pack a lot of Overload related cards. Ragnaros is for freeze mage. C'Thun Aggro-Freeze I pretty much stole this idea from /hsg/. Plays like the aggro variant of freeze mage, except you have C'Thun as an additional finisher. I don't know how useful that really is, but it's kind of cool. |

Reno N'Zoth Rogue There, maybe now you can deal with lots of damage. You will probably get wrecked by midrange decks though, but you can stall for pretty long. Token Stone Druid I'm pretty excited about the prospect of playing token Druid with Fandral, but I'm skeptical on the viability, since you lose Creeper, Egg, Lore and the combo. I just threw a Summoning Stone in there since it seemed fun and I couldn't really find much to put there. |

I like Token Druid, but I think you need to drop the stones for Savage Roars, plus I think Addled Grizzly is a must have in the deck. As it stands now, I would think about removing Raven Idol and possibly Power of the Wild to put them in, since those cards are fine cards that are especially awesome with Fandral, but Fandral is almost never going to be on the battlefield. Also, Soul of the Forest wins games for me all the time. If I were to bastardize the two lists it would look something like this: http://www.hearthhead.com/deckbuilder#cMzV7Mmh7zoj7MRt7Mbv7Md67Mra7MiT7Muc7MSs7MSu7MWt7McWz7MqaE7MmYGJ7zmYIO8q Likely too much ramp. Maybe the new version of Force of Nature could still work in this deck? |

Hearthhead apparently changed the id of the wog cards. I'll go back and correct them eventually I suppose. I don't like the Grizzly much. You need to hit at least two minions for it to be decent, which seems like a high bar. Maybe in a version with Force of Nature, if that card is still decent, but I'm far from sold on it. Raven Idol and Power of the Wild are also very good with Violet Teacher, I can't see myself dropping them. I probably should add Savage Roar, I've just somehow never really liked that card. @cky: Why would you play Azure Drake in a face deck, especially a Warlock one? I feel like I'm the only person that likes Darkshire Librarian, and I'd like to try it in some kind of Face Warlock myself. |

Grizzly + Bilefin Tidehunter seems nice to me. Turn 5 a 2/2, and 3/2 and a 2/2 Taunt (just in time to get Holy Novad). Turn 3 with Innervate. Turn two with Innervate and Coin. TURN ONE with two innervates. Oh, it'll happen. Mark my words. The Grizzly will have a big target on it. |

Mown wrote: @cky: Why would you play Azure Drake in a face deck, especially a Warlock one? It gives you more cycling to set up the Leeroy-PO-Soulfire kill, while still being a good body for the cost and synergizing with Mortal Coil and Soulfire. I ran it in my Hybrid Warlock list this season, which is the inspiration for this list. Granted, it loses value with Darkbomb rotating; I can't think of an adequate replacement though. I feel like Darkshire Librarian is just bad unless you're going for discard synergy. It's never worth it to Hymn to Tourach yourself early game, even if you get back a card later. And if you're hellbent, you can always Life Tap into more cards anyway. |

How about "Silence Shaman"? Ancestral Healing × 2 Earth Shock × 2 Evolve × 2 Lightning Bolt × 2 Ancient Watcher × 2 Eternal Sentinel × 2 Feral Spirit × 2 Ironbeak Owl × 2 Lightning Storm × 2 Mana Tide Totem × 2 Eerie Statue × 2 Faceless Shambler × 2 Flamewreathed Faceless × 2 Master of Evolution × 2 Spellbreaker × 2 Costs are cheap. Only 6 sources of direct silence, but the Evolve, Faceless Shambler and Ancestral Healing help make the creatures you want to silence still useful if you don't have a silence. (You want to silence Ancient Watcher and Eerie Statue). The rest of the cards are utility card so you don't die. I think this deck could leverage Elemental Destruction and Haza, but I'm not going to spend the dust just yet. Could likely benefit from some type of weapon as well. |

Token Druid Innervate × 2 Living Roots × 2 Sir Finley Mrrgglton × 1 - take Paladin, Shaman, Warlock in that order. Bilefin Tidehunter × 2 Knife Juggler × 2 Power of the Wild × 2 Wrath × 2 Addled Grizzly × 2 Mounted Raptor × 2 Savage Roar × 2 Fandral Staghelm × 1 Infested Tauren × 2 Mire Keeper × 2 Soul of the Forest × 2 Swipe × 2 Force of Nature × 2 |

So I'm having some success I totally shouldn't have with the divine shield Hobgoblin, Stand Against Darkness and Blood Knight. |

So I just beat three C'Thun decks with this: 2x Argent Squire 2x Selfless Hero 2x Equality 2x A Light in the Darkness 2x Argent Protector 2x Blade of Unity 2x Steward of Darkshire 2x Blood Knight 2x Aldor Pacifier 2x Blessing of Kings 2x Keeper of Uldaman 2x Consagration 2x Stand Against Darkness 1x Psych-O-Tron 1x Sunwalker 1x The Black Knight 1x Tirion Fording This is a pile, but still. |

So I just cruised through three ranks with Freeze Mage. Turns out throwing C'Thun and his cultists together and calling it a day isn't really good. |

Riorvard wrote: So I just cruised through three ranks with Freeze Mage. Turns out throwing C'Thun and his cultists together and calling it a day isn't really good. eh, I've been finding it passable. I'm playing casual, though: with the death of Burst Rogue I'm not really sure how much work I'm gonna put into laddering for now. plus C'Thun is nice 'cause it's easy to graft into most control shells. most of the C'Thun cards are passable on their own, so you can just play your deck as normal and then wind up with a pretty solid bomb to wrap the game up if it comes up. I'm not sure I'd run it in any of the classes that don't have their own C'Thun support, but I got one of each of the Druid ones to start, and my Druid ramp has been completely serviceable. |

I found C'Thun Druid to be really good. It's probably too early to jump to conclusions how good it really is, but I've had a pretty easy time climbing this morning. Decklist: 2 Innervate 2 Living Roots 2 Wild Growth 2 Wrath 2 Beckoner of Evil 2 Disciple of C'Thun 2 Twilight Elder 2 Swipe 2 Klaxxi Amber-Weaver 2 Nourish 2 Azure Drake * Emperor Thaurissan 2 Dark Arakkoa * Twin Emperor Vek'lor 2 Doomcaller * Aviana * C'Thun Pretty fun list, added benefit is that Aviana actually does pretty well here. This build very likely is not ideal. Brann Bronzebeard seems amazing in this list and might replace either Aviana or a Twilight Elder. Decided against C'Thun's Chosen for curve considerations, but that might be incorrect and they should just go over Twilight Elder (though Elder is not much worse, if at all). Shifter Zerus is another card that could work out, but again it's tough to find a cut. EDIT: Just found a theorycraft by Trump, which has the following changes to my list: -2 Living Roots -2 Nourish -2 Doomcaller -* Aviana +* Brann Bronzebeard +2 Mire Keeper +2 C'Thun's Chosen +2 Crazed Worshipper I'm not sure how much I am on board with these. My current list is certainly greedier which might work out if the meta stays slower. If not: I already mentioned Brann and C'thun's Chosen as good cards; adding them over Doomcaller and Aviana might be correct just to lower the curve. Mire Keeper>Nourish makes sense also in that scenario. Crazed Worshipper seemed like a pretty bad card to me though, as its stats are underwhelming (3/6 is rather worth 4 than 5 mana in my mind) and it's not even guaranteed to buff C'Thun at all (and highly unlikely to get more than +2/+2). |

I'm pretty sure that the deck level in casual is much higher than the deck level you usually find at rank 20, for example (and that's why casual has never made sense to me).

Been playing a lot of Rogue because THERE IS NO HOPE WHEN YOGG-SARON HITS THE TABLE. This is the list I currently have. Probably not the most optimal since I'm still testing a few cards (I really want to try Xaril, but I don't want to spend the dust on him), but it's been pretty successful for me so far.
