I can't understand what the new Discover keyword exactly means.
Also, how does Brann Bronzebeard work with targeted battlecries? My guess is that you still select only 1 target and the effect will be applied twice.

Discover is picking from one of three random options from the entire card pool, displayed similar to how tracking works. So a mix of tracking and unstable portal from random cards outside of your deck.

I do actually like Unearthed Raptor quite a bit as well. It's pretty nasty with Nerubian Egg. Not sure if there's enough support overall though.
Brann is interesting. Make some massive Twilight Dragons. Don't really want to base my deck synergies on a legend though.
put it in mill rogue for the empowered coldlight oracles and healbots.

Unearthed Raptor has enough support. Leper Gnome -> Nerubian Egg, Mad Scientist, or Haunted Creeper -> No Idea -> Piloted Shredder -> Sludge Belcher -> Sylvannas Windrunner

The real question is what deck actually has room for it, with the answer being I'm sure shamans will try anything once and hunter or pally might take a whirl at it.

It's a Rogue class card, I don't think you're using it on Mad Scientist any time soon. You also need to actually want to play these cards in a deck, and I don't believe Leper Gnome qualifies. Hitting a Sylvanas is also kind of win-more.

blizzard will need to address power creep and balance eventually

looks like they want to extend into dominion-style design space. Its a nice idea but most obvious mechanics that utilize it are going to inherently be really slow so idk.

I'm sorry. Based on the spoilers, I can't tell what's a class card and what isn't. Yeah as a rogue class card it really doesn't do anything.

also, pretty disappointed it's not Ulduar. I'd be okay with somewhere in MoP as well.
