Found a few spare moments, and figured I'd throw some of my decks out here, and see if anyone's got any advice. These ones (to start) are the only ones that I'm running in ranked right now - I've got Druid/Rogue/Warrior/Warlock decks, but they are not quite at the "so-so" level yet.

Mage

Shaman

Priest

Paladin

Hunter

Currently rank 15, which is where I ended up last month, and the month before - although, to be honest, I can only generally play 3-4 games a day - sometimes more if I have to finish a quest.

I'd recommend two Bows in the Hunter deck for the face damage. I also think you should be running Haunted Creepers and an Owl.

The Mage deck could probably use Fel Reavers.

Honestly I think you should focus hard on the token theme in the Shaman deck, so maybe you could run Dragon Egg / Abusive Sergent as your one drop? I definitely think you should be playing 2x Nerubian Egg, another Defender, and possibly Neptulon if you have it since it can refill your hand with dorks. I might actually try something similar to this deck since it looks interesting.

Don't play Dragonkin Sorcerer in your Dragon deck. You aren't playing Valens and you have too many four drops. I probably would also play Piloted Shredder over Hungry Dragon, but Dragon is an activator so it is up to you. I also think Volcanic Drake will be terrible because it needs the right setup and you don't have enough early game. Honestly this deck looks too slow to make a great midrange deck, but doesn't have the right tools to be a control deck. Look at my Crusher Priest list for an example of a midrange Dragon Priest, and there are plenty of examples of control Dragon Priest on the web.

Coghammer is the better card, but I think Sword of Justice would have better synergy with your Paladin deck. The deck also looks a bit too slow to force tokens onto the board (5 drop slot is especially bloated). I'd definitely play Shielded Minibot, every Paladin deck should play Shielded Minibot.

Thanks for the advice. I don't have Fel, so that's not currently an option for the mage deck. the Dragonkin Sorcerers have been under performing in the dragon deck, so they will be the first cut. Also don't have the sword of justice yet, but I like the minibot idea.

If I had Neptulon, he'd be in the Shaman deck. It's actually been one of my best performing decks so far. But Sargent could find a nice home there...

On the hunter deck, I've been thinking about dropping the Webspinners, maybe I'll try the creepers, since they would have the most synergy with that one.

Thanks!
