That is the same deck that has handed my ass to me in the lobbies on multiple occasions! It's beaten me badly enough for me to remember it vividly! Here how we can make it better!

I think we want to focus on a discard game plan.

Creatures
3 x Gnarlwood Dryad
2 x Deathcap Cultivator
2 x Sylvan Advocate
2 x Inexorable Blob
2 x Tireless Tracker
2 x Thought-Knot Seer
1 x Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet
1 x Mindwrack Demon
1 x Ishkanah, Grafwidow
1 x The Gitrog Monster
1 x Verdurous Gearhulk
2 x Distended Mindbender

Enchantments, Artifacts, Spells, Planeswalkers...
4 x Vessel of Nascency

3 x Whispers of Emrakul
3 x Grasp of Darkness
3 x Murder

2 x Smuggler's Copter

1 x Liliana, the Last Hope
1 x Nissa, Vital Force

Wanna share the first deck i made for Aether Revolt. Working so far pretty sure it can be upgraded. Might be tier a 1 deck.
Midrange lots of draw and perfect use of Rishkar's Expertise since everything else is less than 6 mana.

4 Unbridled Growth (your mana fixer, thins your deck for better card draw)

2 Glint-sleeve Syphoner (card draw, dropping this after winding constrictor gives you a free draw next turn)
2 Malakir Cullblade (Can be sacked for Yehenni and gains from deaths of chump blockers)
1 Fretwork Colony (Can gain counter on its own, Yehenni sac)
4 Druid of the Cowl (Mana)
3 Winding Constrictor (Heart of the deck, one of these can win you the game if left alone)
1 Liliana, Heretical Healer (Destroy creature magnet, works with Yehenni's sac ability and can threaten hand with discard)
2 Yahenni, Undying Partisan ( Malakir on steroids)
2 Tireless Tracker (Card draw, counter)
1 Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet (Lifegain, generates creatures)
1 Woodland Wanderer (Maximazes your Aether Hubs and Unbridled growth)
1 Verdurous Gearhulk (Factory of counters)
1 Ridgescale Tusker (Factory of counters)

3 Subtle Strike (Can feed Yehenni if -1 -1 kills a token, can give an additional counter)
2 Murder
1Lifecrafter's Gift (Instant Factory)
2 Rishkar's Expertise

2 Unthethered Express (Best Vehicle for the deck, 1 crew requirement means even Druid of the cowl can drive him)

1 Nissa, Voice of Zendikar
1 Nissa, Vital Force

7 swamp
7 Forest
2 Woodland Cemetery
3 Aether Hub (works with Winding constrictor)
4 Evolving Wilds

I've been playing with your deck for a couple of days and it is really good but it does feel kind of like a Valor deck to me for some reason. I also felt like I got into a lot of matches where me and my opponent are just staring at each other. These matches lasted a long time. It is weak to fliers as well. For that reason, I feel like it needs more removal than just 2 Murders. Subtle Strike sometimes isn't enough. You already have 8 revolt cards in the Wilds and Unbridled Growth, so why not Fatal Push?

You also really need to find a constrictor and when you do - you cannot lose it. So, first thing is to drop Blossoming Defense in there 3x.

Nissa, Vital Force and Liliana don't really contribute to this deck. I found myself getting rid of Nissa, Vital for Nissa Voice quite a bit. Part of my problem with Liliana was that she never flipped and if she did, oh well. Flip Nissa worked really well for her draw (find constrictor) and her ramp. The Malakirs did nothing for me. I took them out. They just sat there as a 1/1 and with no removal, I couldn't get counters on him.

Oh, and Woodland Wanderer? I took him out for another Tusker. I wasn't getting to cast him for a bunch of colors as the unbridled growth was going to draws too often out of need. Tusker cost 1 mana more but is still great value. Wanderer could be a 6/6 for 4 mana but I just preferred getting a 5/5 for 5 mana that put +2/+2 on everyone else. So, between 6 power for 4 mana and 9 power on 3 creatures for 5 mana, I opted for the latter.

That's my feedback. I think it is a rank 40 deck if you can consistently get your snakes, but valor decks haven't been 40 for that reason. You have some draw to try and find it but I don't know. I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with fliers, too.

This is the list I have been testing (with an actual mana base)
Seems really good on paper, Bone Picker is the new card in the snek deck I think fits pretty good along with Yahenni and Kaliatis and a bunch of removal.
Thoughts? Bandar can sack himself for a picker reduction, so that might be a total win in this deck. Relentless Skinner is usually my card for 2 drop, but maybe i'm wrong.
What other kinds of Snek lists are winning for you?

This is what I've been using to counter this AHK control meta, this is a midrange version that doesn't mind playing the long game.

21 Creatures
2 Walking Ballista
2 Glint-Sleeve Siphoner
2 Fretwork Colony
3 Longtusk Cub
3 Winding Constrictor
2 Scraphead Scrounger
2 Yahenni, Undying Partisan
2 Tireless Tracker
2 Bristling Hydra
1 Verdurous Gearhulk

2 Planeswalkers
1 Liliana, the Last Hope
1 Nissa, Vital Force

2 Vehicles
2 Aethersphere Harvester

11 Instants/Sorceries
3 Fatal Push
3 Blossoming Defense
3 Murder
2 Never

24 Lands
10 Swamp
9 Forest
3 Woodland Cemetery
3 Aether Hub

Reasoning:
It's much easier now to counter vehicles and it's not fun when they let the Copter pass through only to Essence Scatter the pilot (and Commit the Copter the turn after....), I don't think it's a good idea to add them solely based on their power anymore when they don't have any synergy with this deck, I'm still keeping Harvester as it is one of the best "Energy" cards.

On removal, we're facing mostly control decks, they rarely summon creatures but when they do it's always bosses, I think it's a good call to drop Grasp of Darkness and run Murder instead, remember that midrange decks summon bosses too and aggro isn't as popular as before.

Yahenni and Scrounger are bosses against control. You guys would be surprised by how effective Fretwork Colony is in this meta, it's really bad against aggro but wins games against control, it also wins against midrange if you put a Constrictor out, it quickly jumps to 5/5 and threats going even higher if they don't remove it, in other words, as long as you don't care about life points, it's a threat, they must answer it.

Not maxing out Blossoming Defense this format is suicide.
