We'll do this like the regular voting.

I feel like the simplest way to do this is just to make it a 4/4 for . And also to add a "you may"

All three options win 2 to 1. I'm gonna change my vote to make it bigger into a no. Here's the new card:

If a spell you control would deal damage to an opponent, you may put twice that many +1/+1 counters on Gleam Collector instead.
