I like Dehydration. Ice Cage I'm thinking maybe we could have two dragons, one red and one blue... OOOOOOOOOH thought for my mythic rare... |

Ancient Ziggurat The other uncommon land could be the mirror image of Ancient Ziggurat (i.e. the same except for noncreature spells). |

I think noncreature is too general for that, I could get behind non-permanent spells, that would better mirror Ancient Ziggurat. |

New Rule: If you find a reprint that fits a criterion perfectly, you may have that reprint be your submission. |

Surreal Memoir could be good if we decide to bring back Rebound. (Which I personally think we probably should.) |

Semblance Anvil if we do imprint. Some of the Seal of__ cycle. We can mix and match old and new seals too. Cataclysm - probably too good at blowing up lands for modern MTG. Guided Passage Counterlash Mesa Enchantress Envelop and Dispel to I guess. Might of the Masses Arcane Melee |

I just realized that Centaur Omenreader would be perfect for this set if we end up doing Snow. |

If either or both of the Desert cards I just posted (Sand Serpent and Sand Spewer) win, I'm going to add Desert to the spoiler. |

I actually like desert here a lot. Deserts and relics both give a vibe of hardship and diminishing resources. |

I feel that Kiln Fiend would be a perfect reprint: fits Illpyre and type matters. |

Atog and co. are contenders to show up. Edit- Okay, I actually read the card and that would be insane. Maybe Auratog or something. Togs of various stripes could make a (re)appearance. |

Etherial Armor Don't care, but it feels a little strong Indomitable Will Yay - I think the flavor can work Dehydration Nay - Should be ice flavored Fact of Fiction Don't care Truth or Tale Don't care Tortured Existence Nay - Leads to repetitive gameplay Cremate Yay - Just because I think it's an elegant cantrip and black seemingly likes instants, and the flavor could work well Songs of the Damned Nay - Just because I'm wary of rituals and we don't have a real graveyard emphasis Obsidian Fireheart Don't care Steam Blast Don't care Borderland Ranger Yay - Perfect |
