Perfect originality is overrated and often ugly. The best and most beautiful cards I've ever seen were clearly inspired by something else. Cards are not entirely unlike living organisms in this regard. All the good ones are a result of long evolution; the 'original' ones are either mono-cellular or mutant aberrations.

Don't have any large red beasties in the file, so why not the Krayt Dragon from Mandalorian?
Krayt Dragon Creature - Dragon Wurm (R) Trample When you cast Krayt Dragon and whenever it attacks, each player sacrifices a land. Krayt Dragon's power and toughness are each equal to the number of land cards in all graveyards. */*

Missed that! Okay, I've been meaning to review these threads, so let's start with this one and maybe that will answer the question of what's needed.
Han Shot First - Most commons these days that require you to jump through hoops to cast them offer options so they aren't useless in limited. I'd change this to "As an additional cost to cast Han Shot First, tap a wanted creature you control or pay ." Or... I'd consider changing this to support heroic; you don't have enough spells that trigger it. Maybe:
Han Shot First Sorcery (C) You may cast Han Short First any time you could cast an instant if a creature entered under an opponent's control this turn. Choose target creature you control. This deals damage equal to its power to target creature you don't control.
Infamous Outlaw - Did you want this pumping opposing creatures? Most lords these days are one-sided for gameplay reasons, but I can understand if you wanted it to be global for the flavor.
Jawa Ambusher - A 3-mana 1/1 that doesn't do anything without the support of other spells feels a little too boom-or-bust. Looking at everything again, you have 5 red cards with heroic in the file but only 3 red cards that trigger heroic positively (Bounties does as well, but that's not strictly positive.) Not sure exactly how I'd change this one. Might depend on what support heroic gets.
Bullseye Wamprats - Should be "Womp Rats". Doesn't really convey "destroy land". They were pesky creatures.
Consumed by Hate - I don't get the exile clause. Is there a subtheme I missed?
I Don't Remember//Owning a Droid - The two halves can't return a discarded artifact because the artifact can't be targeted until after casting the spell. I'd consider making this a slightly cheaper combo-oriented global version of the card:
I Don't Remember Sorcery (R) Each player discards two cards, then draws a card for each card they discarded. ~~FUSE~~ Owning A Droid Sorcery (R) Each player returns an artifact card from their graveyard to the battlefield.
Assemble the Fleet - I think the crew part of this card might be too weak. Maybe the X should be the team boost instead. Also wondering if it should return the vehicle back to your hand, but for now, I don't think so:
Assemble the Fleet Sorcery (R) Use the Force — Each you spend on casting this pays for . You may put a Vehicle card from your hand onto the battlefield. Until end of turn, each vehicle you control becomes an artifact creature, gains haste, and gets +X/+0.
Starcharts -Despite it being uglier, I think this should read "Each player may play an additional land on their as long as it's a nonbasic land." Otherwise, I wonder if there's confusion about both lands needing to be nonbasic.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
With that review, I think a flashy heroic support spell might be what's wanted at rare.
Force Sensitive Enchantment - Aura (R) Enchant creature you control If an ability of enchanted creature would trigger, instead it triggers twice. Destiny (, Tap an untapped and unenchanted creature you control: Return this from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to that creature. Activate this ability only as a sorcery.)
You are right about there not being enough to trigger heroic at common. I tried to cover that, but I might have "designed myself out of it" as I was going along.
I am good with the changes to Han Shot First. I will update Infamous Outlaw to be your creatures. That was an oversight. I am ok with a redesign on the Jawa. I was "hole filling" at the time. Not sure off hand. I am a little embarassed at mispelling Womprats. This might be better as a targeting removal spell instead? Consumed by Hate was a way for me to jazz up a standard Howl from Beyond in red by giving it rules that red would actually use. Thematically, it encourages attack, and if it comes back to your hand, repeated attack. I am good with the changes to I Don't Remember Owning a Droid. I am good with the changes to Assemble the Fleet (love that card actually, it was exactly what I was looking for). Starcharts - I'll use the updated wording. Force Sensitive is great. Adding now. I had a card called Force Senstive for a bit in multicolored , but I think I cut it to make room for other things.
Post updated with the changes. Still noodling Womprats and Jawa Ambusher.
Also, there is something weird going on with posting and "\\". It keeps doubling the number in the post whenever I edit.
Proposed changes:
Bullseye Womprats Sorcery (U) As an additional cost to cast Bullseye Womprats, exhaust a Vehicle you control. Bullseye Womprats deals 5 damage to target creature. ~ FUSE ~ Back Home Sorcery (U) Until end of turn, Vehicles you control have ": Untap target nonbasic land".
Jawa Ambusher Creature ─ Jawa Warrior (C) If an opponent controls an artifact, you may cast Jawa Ambusher as if it had flash. 3/1
