I love where you're going with this, but Bear tokens are always 2/2 and I think it could fit in with the set themes better if you tweaked it a bit.

Wouldn't fit the criteria though.

Thoughts:
Ace of Moxes: There is no way in hell I want an aura deck in the format.
Parad: This is cool, but this doesn't feel common. Mana pools emptying as phases end isn't something I'd expect a lot of newer players to understand.
Shazzeh: I like this card, but I hate the oblation mechanic.
Fakeartist: This is card is just really weak, and I don't think fleeting deserves to be keyworded.
Altimis: If I didn't hate mastery so much, I'd love this card.
Goblin: I don't like printing commons with abilities that are almost completely irrelevant in limited.
Steinhauser: I don't think this ability is green, though the flavor is cool.
Confused: Well, it's a manadork. It's ok, I guess. Not much to say.
Thatmarkguy: I would be happy to see this printed.
Mown: And we have a winner! It does the card types matter thing without feeling too reliant on it.

I've noticed that sometimes people submit cards designed to hate on a particular archetype. (i.e. enchantmentwalk) While some of these should definitely get in, you have to be really careful about disincentivizing the archetypes we want to exist.

For instance, when I was designing a multicolor cube, I thought it would be cool to include LOTS of landwalk creatures (landwalk essentially replaced flying/fear.) Well, the problem is that it became advantageous to run less colors, just to nullify opponents landwalk. Not what I was going for at all :(

So it seems like the mechanical factions are starting to coalesce a little bit. Artifacts have the relictrip thing going on, spells have some mechanic that's being voted on soon, enchantments have the posthumans and some kind of religion angle, and creatures have the viashino "enter the battlefield every turn" thing going on. But I still have no idea what a lands deck would look like. Make a green common that says something about the flavor and the mechanics of that faction.
