I notice white is really lacking in creatures. Even if you count the enchantment creatures, it's behind other colours.
Also, Encapsulate could get a cost reduction.

So I've decided that Aloise and Dragonrend are Multicolor enough for this block. That means I have to allocate the 8 Rares I'd reserved for more Multicolor cards into other parts of the set. Here's how I did it:

1 Rare in each color (5)
1 Common Land, to accommodate Forgotten Library
1 Uncommon Land, to accommodate Barren Manifest
1 Rare Land

Y'all can still submit Multicolor cards, but they'll count against the color they were voted in on rather than being categorized as Multicolor. Does that make sense?

We have three common cantrips in Blue: Numbing Cold, Out Cold, and Written in Steel. I think at least one of these should be cut; probably Out Cold since we already have Seal of Frigid Winds.

We may also need to cut a blue one drop. Two birds with one stone.
Also, cut cards should be preserved. If we end up doing Moonrise, many of them can find homes there.

Guys, I have a confession to make:

In this post, I totally snuck Steel Sabotage and Grim Peril into the set without really telling any of you. I'd be surprised if anybody noticed. Since then, Steel Sabotage and Grim Peril have remained in the spoiler on starstill.com, and were factored into the "Slots Left". But they never really won a vote. I just wanted the number of cards we had left to design to be divisible by 6, so I stuck them in there. Foolishly OCD of me, I know. Well, I'm owning up to and undoing my screwup, so hopefully, no harm, no foul.

Also, I just realized I had miscounted the Blue Commons. I thought there were 17 of them (and therefore 1 left) when actually there were 20 (2 overflow). I must have skipped a row when I was counting them. Without Steel Sabotage, that brings them down to 19. The maximum is 18, and since that means we have to cut one more Blue common anyway, it might as well be Out Cold since it only got into the set through the Second Chances thread anyway.

Cutting Steel Sabotage and Out Cold should help with the too-many-cards-at- problem, but we still have four Reach through Mists variants. (Arcane Scrying, Numbing Cold, Written in Steel, and Frostblight Foresight.) Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, since we wanted Blue to be able to pull off the Spell deck anyway; I just thought it was worth mentioning.

I actually rather liked Out Cold. If we cut one I'd prefer it be either Frostblight Foresight or Arcane Scrying since they're both so similar. At least it should probably be put to the vote.

Not that I know. CKY and Parad would be the ones to ask. There's definitely an xml file CKY has up for download. Maybe not a separate xml file for just starstill, but you can get it here viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4837
