3.5 Card is great. I just don't think it's always, automatically, a first pick. There are rares/mythics I would pick over this. So it can't be 4 or higher, even though it seems wrong. |

The best uncommon in the set. While the rating system isn't perfect to me this a 4.5. There are maybe half a dozen rares or mythics that I would take over it but 95% of the time this is P1p1 and going to be played. |

I don't see how that makes it not a 4 (but it is why it's not a 5) Sometimes there are 2 4+s in a pack. It's the consensus best uncommon in the set. |
