Apparently minor storm gods have extremely slow, predictable, and expensive lightning strikes? But they let you see the future, so there's that. 3.0 Would be a little higher if didn't require so much  . I almost went 2.5 but red decks really need the reach in this set, and I expect this to go to the face a lot.

If i were drafting red in Born of the Gods i would probably pick this early on. Burn/removal is pretty good in Theros limited. So, 3.5 |

Card is fine, removal is fine. Not the best spell, but they can't all be Searing Spear. Not quite 3.5, because I don't know if I would ever first pick this (that would be a very, very bad pack) but if I took a red card pick one, I wouldn't be against taking this pick two over solid off color cards. 3.25 |
