Man, I LOVE this card. But I guess it's actually not very good. Black's 3 drops are bad so I will give it a 2.
I would hate having to decide between this and Felhide Minotaur

Harpy is all right, more so with black becoming more agressive. As for this, 1.5. It may have some potential in a BW heroic deck, if such a thing will exist.

Yes, Blood-Toll Harpy is the flagship black 3-drop (non rare division). That's my point. It's fine, but...
