Greven's Rating system: 5.0: First pick no matter what. I will always play this card. 4.5: Splashable and first pick worthy. 4.0: First pick pack 1. 3.5: Early pick though not always a first pick. 3.0: Solid early/mid pick. 2.5: Solid pick in color. 2.0: Should generally make the deck if in this color. 1.5: Decent filler. 1.0: 23rd card if you have to. 0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in. 0.0: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding). I have played Bx colorless more than almost any deck, but still haven't mained this. Would you play 1 mana to cycle? Sure. Would you pay 1 for a 1/1 scion you can sac for 1? Maybe... Would you pay 1 to ingest 1? Nope. Sorta feel like this should cost 2 or cost 4 and draw 2. I guess it's basically exactly a 22nd card... pretty sure I always play 18th land over it, and in some decks it will be worse than 19th land. |

I have this at 1.5, and have no problem maindecking it. But then, I'm a control freak If you want to be the attacker, you don't want it. Another fine example of a card GB wants, and RB doesn't care about. |
