0.0 - Unplayable | 0.0- Needs 10+ colored sources | 0.0 - Sideboard

Not sure. I guess it could be fine in an aggressive deck. Unless it was playing another aggressive deck.
I have heard of it winning games though.

I once drafted two of those, and played a low-curve, 18 lands deck. Fun times for me, not so much for opponents.
