C'mon, it's just a piker. If you play it early, you can't play the card unless you happen to hit a land. If you play it late, it's irrelevant and you have to hope for the topdeck lottery. Cycling a card for two mana and getting a chumper in the bargain is not the worst, but it's also nothing special. More so if you happen to hit one of your outs, and you can't cast it.

I mean, it's fine, I'll play it, but not very powerful.

I think literally goblin piker would be close to a 1.5 in this set. Prowess is not irrelevant either.
