Other than targeting trying to cast this with spell mastery when opp has a sac outlet, this card has delivered. Bad heat ray with occasional upside is still good.

Double red, and needs a lot of mana. I've sided it out a few times, since I had it in hand, and it just couldn't kill anything relevant.
