My suggestion would be to wait and see if Barinellos wants to make any changes in order to sway any of the NAI's, as that would be the cleanest way to reach majority.

This is essentially where I stand as far as things go.
For as minor as the story really is, it ended up being way more contentious than I'd have expected, but as people think there should probably be more to it, I'll come back to it at some point and do some changes... Well some expansion.
