Telephone is a wonderful little game to play with a big crowd. You say something to one person, and tell them to pass it along. It passes along the entire group, and by the time it comes out the other end, its changed.

Lets play that. I'll start us off with a sentence. The next poster can do one of three things to it. They can:

1) Change one word already in the sentence.
2) Remove one word already in the sentence.
3) Add one word that is not already in the sentence.

The catch is, the new sentence still has to make sense (grammatically speaking, you can say "the sky feels like cheese" if you want, but not "purple monkey dishwasher"). You can add/remove articles like "a" "and" or "the" to make sure it still makes sense if needed.

So lets kick this off:

Bananas are a delicious addition to a bowl of cereal.

Blue ties aren't just an outrageous accessory to adorn blue trash.

I love how we turned a corporatist proclamation in support of Big Cereal into a powerful declaration of independent agency for the self-employed worker. My college profs would be proud.
