I am trying to run iOS tournaments, we have KOH (King of the Hill) which was across all platforms, it was an initiative started by PureSynesthesia but he did not have the time to keep it going so I have offered to take over.
Link is here to read all about it. You can sign up and basically when your turn is due you just arrange the match with current king via PM usually in NGA.
viewtopic.php?f=38&t=16119&start=340#p532346I have also organized a block release tournament for iOS - it has the potential issue for participants though that it is best with either a full or near full collection of cards.
viewtopic.php?f=38&t=17641Also for reference I have organized earlier tournaments previously in iOS from a single elimination style tournament to a round robin all play all format.

But partly due to lack of active participation and also losing good iOS players to other platforms (mainly XBOXONE) it can be difficult for them to be successful.
As you might imagine, putting a lot of time and effort into setting up and managing and running can be disheartening if there is no reliable take up of participants.
I will always keep trying (and hoping) though
