I know we've done these threads before but it seems like its been a while since the last one. With Aether Revolt out, we have 7 sets and I'm curious how far people are along with unlocks? Considering there's still quite a few folks around from the initial release date, I was also wondering what some of the bank rolls look like?

Personally I have been F2P from the beginning of the game's release (haven't spent a cent on the game) and have unlocked everything from grinding. I'm currently sitting on 21k and will keep the grind up to stay a set or two ahead.

I have all the cards unlocked now (played since Origins), but I usually make up the very last bit of the gold I need at the start of each new season. I'm sitting on about 2k gold right now, and not in a big hurry to unlock all the vanity items. I did purchase black lotus sleeves and the Avacyn avatar, and at some point here I might get around to some of the other avatars.

Everything unlocked, Gold count around 24k.

I bought origins to appreciate the idea of a perpetual collection, and I keep up easily by just doing the dailies and a few fun games here and then. Enough to keep rank 40 each season, and that leaves me with everything unlocked, ie all cards, personas, sleeves and sitting at 15k gold currently.

The only money-sink I haven't invested in, is the foil option. I suppose at some point when the pile is big enough, I'll blow the surplus on the foils just because there is nothing else to spend it on.

[edit] Just calculated, it's only 5795 gold to foil all cards in the game.

All cards unlocked, most fluff unlocked (no foils, not every sleeve), sitting between 5-6k gold currently iirc.

I think I spent $60 total on game - $40 in gift cards and $20 my own money, partly to speed up collection when the game dropped, but mostly to help catch up on BFZ/OGW after taking a few months off from playing around that time. Grinded for everything else, and the last 3 or 4 sets I've been able to keep my gold reserves up through grind to unlock in full on their release dates.

Everything unlocked with 28k to spare

All cards, personas, sleeves, and 29k left currently

Only Origins unlocked; 35 coins total currently.

I've only been playing since mid-last year, and only with any degree of online success since, uh, Shadows Over Innistrad. I have 100% of Origins, SOI, and BFZ, more than half of OGW, 93%-ish EMN, Half of Kaladesh, and about a quarter of the Revolting Ether cards.

I have foiled less than half a dozen cards, and have no bells or whistles.

I have all the cards, like 0 gold because I keep buying a new persona or card sleeve whenever I can and just playing here and there and not grinding.

I'm responsible for two accounts.. mine and my wife's.

Currently.. my account has everything unlocked and about 18,000.
The wife's account has all cards unlocked, about half of the card sleeves and avatars (she doesn't want the ones she thinks are ugly or stupid) and she has about 4k gold.

I started mid SOI season and made 3 7.5k coin purchases on Steam. I had all sets unlocked through KLD but got bored earlyish in the KLD season and ended up starting AER with just 2.4k. Currently I'm about 19 pax from finishing AER.

On iOS I started the week before KLD dropped (BFZ block was on sale) and have been going pure ftp. Currently have SOI, EMN, almost all of BFZ (I wanted the dual lands) and about 35% of ORI.

No vanity items on either platform, but the Harmless Offering sleeves are on my list for Steam once I finish AER.

On iOS 22k with everything unlocked except foiling them. I didn't spend a dime, every gold got from the game, playing since Innistrad.

I have all cards and extras and currently have 40k gold. I only bought the first set for real money so good deal

all unlocked, only some of the extras, sitting on just over 4k so it gives me incentive to play to accrue gold for AKH in April! iOS as main platform has been free since day 1 in Origins. I play steam occasionally and have spent a bit but without regular play on the platform the collection is small. Still enough for a half decent competitive versus if and when I can be bothered to fire up on steam.

I spent a few bucks during Origins on steam. Otherwise I've been unlocking as I go. I've been working on ios without any purchases. You can see my progress in my signature, although it is a few packs out of date on both formats. I'll probably update it today.
