Who is sitting on their 40 rank before Revolt drops and doesn't play any games? And for how long have you been doing it?

I'm playing less currently, though this is less because of sitting on my rank 40 and more because of devoting my time otherwise (brewing and testing AER ideas, or just doing completely different stuff).

But yeah, I plan to sit out until the AER Release (played yesterday for dailies, though).

I am doing my dalies. Haven't played much during kaladesh so still a little short on gold to by the whole set when it comes out. Not like it's hard to stay at rank 40.

I accidentally played a ranked match yesterday when I meant to click an AI game and nearly crapped my pants... Luckily I won it with my pre-revolt brew I was testing

It's been a week.

Having enough coins to buy Aether revolt twice kind of kills the motivation to play, but I do clear my dailies every 2 or 3 days...
Not really scared of losing rank because I've got plenty of decks that win consistently enough to get back to R40.
I guess finishing kaladesh season with a R39 when all the others are R40 (except origins) would look kind of ugly...

since november or something... like a baws!


but really, I've started playing the AI instead to get that 500wins achievement. I don't really want to, but I'm a sucker for completing stuff that's unneeded, even when it borders on masochism.
I don't give a damn about rank, but really I do anyway. Don't wanna break my 0/40/40/40/40 streak

I don't usually sit on my rank until Wednesday but not been getting on much the past couple of weeks or so, so I've been sat on 40 since Thursday.
Typically just not felt gamey as much for a bit and also been playing Persona Q when I have been.
Normally I would still play but when it gets close I would make sure to be at 40 and finish off against AI.

I played yesterday. I just stay at 40, because I'm good.

Is there a reason to finish the season at rank 40? I still play some ranked games, but if I lose, I make it a point to play my way back to rank 40.

Just for some cool points. Shame they **** up Origins rank and got most of us stuck at 0 on that.

If I ever get to 40 I'll let you know.
