Release date depends on your region. The release will happen late afternoon January 18th in North America, early morning on the 19th in other regions.

Isn't the Monday before the release when we are supposed to get the patch notes? Or was it Tuesday?

Yep, we get the patch notes during the maintenance downtime.

lemme know when we see patch notes. Would love to see that energy quest fixed (they're probably just take it out entirely I'm guessing as we'll start to see revolt and negotiate quests instead). Would be cool to see the wording around the xbox matchmaking fix
