This is for your janky ideas that you hope to find some success with.

1. Oath of Jace + Take Inventory draw engine for tapout control. Including cards like Baral's Expertise, Yahenni's Expertise and Thopter Arrest, maybe there's enough here to make tapout good. I'm still hesitant on the low number of available wincons for the archetype, since I'm having to drop counterspells to include these. If Midrange becomes big, this could work out.

2. Bastion Inventor. CGB's latest Goggle's brew looks promising, but I'd really like to find a home for this guy. Hexproof isn't the issue as a finisher, it's the lack of evasion or Flash.

3. The Mono-Blue Energy deck. I love how we get some cool additions like Aethertide Whale and Trophy Mage to make Dynavolt Tower a more viable wincon here. The deck looks super annoying to play against, even if it is trashy as all hell. 'SQUALL!

I thought we already learned that Take Inventory completely blows, but apparently some people are slow.

CGB's pretty high on it. High might be the keyword there, but an exciting prospect nonetheless.

I am assuming Bastion Inventor could drop in as a replacement in a Gearseeker Serpent deck. Does not have the same power of course but Serpent is likely to have a removal response, in particular if its ready to go unblockable and would have the benefit of not requiring in its reduced casting cost.

Rakdos Articrats, but that has potential to be least janky of the **** I'm excited to try.

Golgari/(Abzan?) +1/+1 with Jake the Snake Winding Constrictor. Suspect this has pretty decent potential.

Abzan Enchantments with Sigil of the Empty Throne / Conviction combo. This prob be pretty janky.

Azorius Vehicle Aura with Sram, Senior Edificer. This prob be hella janky, but maybe fun.

A working Winding constrictor energy deck build is still eluding me, but I'll get there...

Gonna try mono-black at some point too.

W/G every Artifact/Enchantment hate card there is.deck might be fun too.

Already built and posted most of my other janky ideas and the lack of comments tells me how janky everyone thinks they are... A special nod to my Izzet improvise equipment deck, that uses so many bad cards, it hurts (but may actually work).

I'm gonna try:

Mono-black: Fatal Push is a nice removal addition. Plus I'm interested in seeing how Glint-Sleeve Siphoner plays out as Bob-Alike #3 and #4.

GW<> Midrange: Renegade Rallier and Treasure Keeper with some other value-shenanigan critters.

Mono-red Improvise: Cheat big creatures out, occasional damage chunk with Combustible Gearhulk, and "just play an artifact deck already" as Plan B.

Plus, going to try some tap trickery jank with Key to the City.

I'm going to try and make Xbone Magic Duels work, but I'm not sure I can.

This, Boros Dreadnought, Boros Valor (as always), Mono-Green midrangy tapout control (as always), MBC, and I'll probably be tuning all kinds of netdecked arti-sac draw-your-whole-library kinds of decks.

Edit: If I get bored, I might get back to building Starter-box decks for beginners.

I will definitely try to make Ramp work. Green is less reliant on a secondary colour than ever. Not sure whether we can actually go mono-green, but we can definitely choose both our second colour and how much we want to commit to it.

All of the colours have their merits.

Red has Omnath, Chandra, Chandra's Ignition and the Fireballs; all of which endorse a very solid Burn plan.

Blue has some really good finishes and amazing value. So far these decks faltered to not being able to much; this expansion kinda fixes that.

White has probably the best Ramp targets in the Angels (Bruna and Emwria Sheperd are amazing) and might be able to do the most with Landfall shenanigans, making these Ramp spells less of a dead draw later.

Black has an amazing removal suite and some great bombs to Grind out a game. Maybe the best colour to try a Delirium theme.

Finally, Colorless gives access to the powerful Thought-Knot Seer and Reality Smasher as well as some removal and Ramp options (also, sweeper protection if that's up your alley).

I'm curious about Pia's Revolutionary improvement of Marionette Master's abilities.
I bet Nighthawk has seen this card too?

What would be a Magical Xmasland hand for a deck using these cards? How would it play out?

Surprisingly i'm not really a fan of it in the combo version at least, the fact they get to make the choice is just awful and it doesn't really contribute to either the artifact count or staying alive, i think the place would be an aggressive deck where you force them to give you your stuff back, but then your aggressive deck is running a 3 mana enchantment that doesn't impact the board :(
