For two days it's just been "Searching for other players". Never connects. Is it just me?

Hmm, try diconnecting from your Wi-Fi connection and try again; it'll also help if you play at a different time of day.

Hopefully by next Friday this problem will be resolved.

Just tried moving from wifi to mobile data. Still no joy.its always been slow, but I literally have had 1 game in two days...and it's not for want of trying!

What rank are you at? Maybe there's noone playing, although I can't believe that. I never have problems finding games. Maybe some people are chilling at rank40 until expansion.

Only rank 12 or so (been so long since I've played I forget actual number!). Like I said it's always been poor...if I don't connect within eight spins of the fireball, it won't connect at all, so I usually restart the request at that point, and have to do that two or three times, sometimes more, to get a game. But since last night...no connections at all, save one a few minutes ago.

Giving up for tonight, try again tomorrow. Have emailed support, lol. That's like blocking a 6 Point trample monster with a 1/1; you know you did something, but it didn't help much...

I have that problem too. If I don't get anything after a minute then I close the app and also remove it from the memory then I restart it. I don't have any way to know if it is actually helping, but I usually am able to get into a versus game right away after freshly starting the app.
Also, when I complete a quest but lose a match I get the gold but my quest list doesn't update properly every time. So whenever that happens I do same thing which removes the finished quest from the list.

I have had that problem all day today. It's a shame, because I was looking forward to having my high hopes crushed. If I don't have it on a daily basis, I start to feel good about my Magic Duels skills and we can't have that.

For two days I can't be able to connect any two headed giant games. Like nobody paying the game.
I stopped playing vs. games bc I don't wanna loose any ranks from 40 like last season. I finished 30 for playing and getting really bad hands.

Can't wait for AER. This season I have 34k at start. I'll unlock the set at day 1. This excites me a lot! All cards at my command to experiment.

I just tried for interest, first match pretty quickly after 3 or so mins but after that would not get a second. Maybe lack of players in a way.

(Seriously, though, it was a pretty wicked match with Quadrosonic. Really even match, and I had a great time.)

Same here; haven't been able to get a match today. I guess people are afraid to lose their rank this close to AER, lol.

So, I get a game and the RNG decides to mess with me. 4 land, 2 creature 1 enchantment start...then ELEVEN land in a row. But the shuffle isn't broken...

Begs the question... what was your opponent doing for 11 turns vs only 3 nonland cards? Or were you plopping down manlands like a boss?

I had a game almost fire today after 5 minutes of trying to find an opponent. But then it timed out in the "Waiting for players to join the match" part so I gave up and trounced the AI a few times. Oh, and I may have discovered a new bugged interaction. I had the setup to cast Part the Waterveil with awaken on a Westvale Abbey and then flip it next turn. I was expecting to see a 15/13 demon but it stayed a 6/6 elemental, but with Ormendahl's abilities.

Not a bug.

Layers system; the flipped Abbey is a 9/7 Demon as a baseline; then Awaken alters its P/T making it a 0/0 (giving it counters later).
