What with the new decks and all, what's the best challenges or your fav way to unlock the new deck cards?

I played custom 1v1 vs EtD to unlock GoL. Maybe there's a faster way, but it went pretty smooth ;)

In Zendikar the first challenge Teeth of Akoum.

T1 a 1/1
T2 an equipment
T4 a 1/1
T6 another equipment
T7 a 1/1

If your deck can't handle that, then you need another deck

^Agreed. That's the one I use when I just want to grind some cards out.

It is possible to never lose against one of the challenges, which would also allow you to get the mulligan to 1 achievement and not destroying creatures. This is the weather the storm challenge, and would require that you don't ever actually play a card at all. When your hand gets full just discard a card. The opponent will mill themselves before you do, due to the enchantment they have that starts off on the battlefield.

Although that's a pretty good tip for the mull to one achievement, it sounds very slow for unlocking decks.

It takes like 40 minutes to an hour per match if done that way.

It wouldn't be so bad if the AI played things correctly too. I've never seen someone manage equipments so terribly.

But yeah, that one and the zombie one (first of innistrad) are my go to challenges until I unlock enough cards to do decently in custom games. Custom games take longer and aren't always auto wins, but they are significantly more interesting than these challenges. Sure, I could unlock all the cards in half the time, but I'd blow my brains out before I'm done.
