How do I get Wake the Dead, Bounce and Boon and the other five decks in the two free downloads for xbox 360? I don't see them, so do I need to do more campaign or challenge new(if any) plainswalkers? Thanks!

They're not free. The free download just lets you play with people who have paid for them.

Found it I believe, doing the revenge campaign and unlocked Hall of Champions, I think I'm on the right path...AND bought the $4.99 download. :-)

If you have the paid packs, the expansions decks are unlocked via the expansion tab on the single player menu. The deck pack decks (Bounce and Boon and Unfinished business) are automatically unlocked upon purchase of the pack.
