I feel shenaniganry potential in this card.

There is no red revolt burn spell.

I just wanted to play a Revolt Bolt. Was that so much to ask?

This is another great Uncommon. Has a home in both Abzan Revolt (especially if we get the manafixing Aura) and Boros Vehicles (especially if you play the 10/11 combo); and there might be other cases for this.



Definitely a great red trick. This gives Rush of Adrenaline a run for its money; can't say for sure which one is better (I'd tend towards Rush because it's cheaper, though)




OMG you're right. Splinter Twin anyone? This thought makes it highly unlikely we get this IMO.

Even if we do get it, I don't expect it to be any good since Saheeli is a Mythic; not to mention the combo can easily be interrupted.

Up for another set review?

I could be talked into it, this set looks (a) hard to analyze (b) exciting. I would love to review the mythics and rares, perhaps having each reviewer pick 10 commons and uncommons to review, instead of going for the whole 3 hour ordeal. I'm open to better ideas if anyone has them.

Speaking of 2/3 deathtouch, this might replace Dryad in the GB Ramp deck I was looking into.

If sitting down for 2+ hours at a time to talk about wizard poker is too much, you could pick the cards from each color that you think are worth mentioning and do 2-3 vids of 20-30 mins each tackling only one a part of the set and breaking it down into multiple vids. There is so much power in AER uncommons and rarity restrictions mean we'll see them much more frequently, I think they deserve a look.

As for being convinced... Who is going to tease 3B about all the control spells we're inevitably not going to get? Oh and also the long-time experienced player point of view to keep people from flipping out over how Kozilek is going to take over the meta and all that stuff. That is also important.

If we don't get Fatal Push, I'd just talk about Universal Solvent all the time. "Rampager? Dies to Solvent. Heart of Kiran? Dies to Solvent." You get the idea...

I like Yahenni's Expertise a lot.
Hope we get shock and negate.
Hope we get Druid of the Cowl.
Greenbelt Rampager is great.
Renegade Rallier might be good.
Winding Constrictir might be good.
Treasure Keeper is probably great.

I probably missed a couple worth mentioning.

I think the Improvise Mechanic looks good, so many of those cards could be great, but I'd want to test them first.

The podcast will predict that the strongest deck will run full copies of Solvent and Bonds of Mortality so only Gaia's revenge is safe from the oppression!
