That Simic Fog list looks like what I had planned in my head for the deck, except I think cutting black is probably a mistake. Skaab/Languish is so good. I really think the lifegain offsets the need to play Hydrolash and I don't think you need the From Beyond/Inspiration/Waterveil. Jace never did impress me in this deck, either, if only you could keep him as a looter here he'd be a lot better.

I wish you could BOLD AND UNDERLINE the deck titles so it's easier to see where they start and end, though.
