Game 1: After his removal traded off with my early creatures, I managed to establish a board presence with some tempo advantage to hit him for a lethal 12. WIN

Game 2: I proceeded to sideboard. Brought in x2 Fragmentize, x2 Declaration in Stone, and debated between x3 Blossoming Defense or x2 Barals Expertise. I decided after game to go with the former because of his removal package. WIN

Game 3: His creatures beat me down. LOST.

Game 4: He was stuck on lands for 5-6 turns in a row. WIN

Vert wins 3-1.

Game one I didn't expect to be particularly competitive. My slow threats matched poorly against his arsenal of counters, and I had too few counters to deal with his counters/threats. Such is how it played out.

Game two I kept a solid hand with Kefnet and Tutelage, playing them both on t6. Vert took out the Tutelage, but couldn't find enough answers to keep Kefnet off the board for long.

Game three I had Kefnet again, but played too loose and let the shields down just long enough for Vert to Unmake him. Didn't do particularly well otherwise, but I'm left to ponder how things would've gone had I been able to keep him down.

Game four Vert seemed to have trouble finding counters, but had both Anguished Unmakings early to take out my Nahiri and Kefnet. I could've minused Chandra and blasted JVP (and let it get eaten by Shambling Vents the following turn), but I plused and tried to get it out of range. Of course, I had forgotten that JVP does his best Snappy impersonation after flipping, and Chandra got unmade. Couple Cast Outs kept me in the game for a while, but I was too far buried under the planeswalkers.

I wasn't able to spend as much time as I would've liked playtesting the deck before submission. Looking back, I shake my head at seven 1 mana burns in the 75 and Planar Outburst as a redundancy to Radiant Flames when Tragic Arrogance would've offered more utility. I hedged too far against the Zombies deck from the PT and the GR aggro deck I had also been working on at the time.

Vert wins 3-1

Most games basically played into my wheelhouse. Slow, methodical matches where I was able to control with a higher density of counterspells. Game 1, I blank so much of his deck with my generally creatureless build. I actually misplay and give away Gideon unnecessarily, which allowed him to keep Chandra around, but Disciple came down and ended things from there because it's Disciple. 1-0

I misplayed fairly brutally Game 2, using Censor when he had an open mana. This resulted in me needing to waste a 2nd Censor to counter Glimmer of Genius and left me exposed to him resolving Kefnet and Sphinx's Tutelage. I tried to fight through, but that was a big hole to dig out of and, even though the match wasn't 100% over, I decided to quit to maintain some time and sanity that might have further tilted me. 1-1

Games 3 and 4, I don't remember too well, but I think both ended on the back of Gideon. I think I won Game 3 by using Cast Out on his Cast Out to get Gideon back, then when he re-Cast Out my Gideon and then slam Chandra, I was able to Commit the Cast Out and simply bypass Chandra, going face with Gideon to seal it. 3-1.

Reshfuu won 3-1. I got mana screwed the first 2 games and he won both easily. Game 3, he got stuck at 2 lands for a turn or two, but was able to continue playing threats. It got drawn out and I won. Game 4 I again got stuck on mana at 4 for a turn or two, but then corrected. The game went long with me under duress. I made a greedy play at the end hoping to avoid removal instead of taking out his threat. That didn't work out so well I'm happy to have played but also happy to be done with this deck and tournament. For 25/26 lands my matches dished out a lot mana shortages that just aren't enjoyable games to play (or probably watch!).
