The first Moss was never the problem, it was the second and third that really broke the spirit.

No, the first Moss was always the problem. The rest were just punishment for daring to stay its sight.

Yeah, I usually convinced myself I could play through the first one. If they ever had a second, there was no point in continuing and/or living.

Speaking of Moss, they should put it back into the game now. It'll be in a better situation now with ways to interact with it other than Natural Connection.

And yet you entered the thread anyways. Interesting.

Hey, it was late night, I was bored and half-wonky from exhaustion. Don't judge me.

besides the fact that people like me would just play a playset of creeping mold and acid moss ruining everyone's day.
There's a lot more ways to cast acid moss on turn 3 now thanks to druid of the cowl, ruin in their wake and deathcap.

not to mention I would also jam in reduce to rubble, elder deep fried etc.
if anything this seems like it would be more unfair than it was before.

I just got a T2 concession casting T2 Bloodrage Brawler.... quickest concession I've ever gotten (not counting mulligan drops or mana screws).

Playing rank 40 player running GW Humans. Me on the play, T1 Flameblade Adept. He tap land. Me T2 Bloodrage Brawler, discard Dread Wanderer, concedes before it resolves. I think, must be mana screw, and play on vs AI because my hand was sick AF and I wanna see it out. AI T2 land drop + Militia Captain, then T3 land drop + Tireless Tracker. Me T4 kill. Either top decks were all lands, or Bloodrage Brawler getting concessions :takei:

EDIT: omfg, I just got a T1 concession with Bomat Courier :takei: :takei: :takei:

Me on play, mountain + Bomat, concedes as soon as it resolves. Playing on vs AI, because this is hilarious back to back concessions before end of T2. AI just cast T1 Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter so apparently no mana screw. Wtf! I kinda recognize the name, so maybe I beat them earlier and didn't want to play the deck again?

Rakdos Hellbent is appparently a good deck to get concessions with on xbone.

I just discovered the potential for rage quits of Supernatural Stamina. Its similar to Blossoming Defense, but can potentialyl give you even more value.
I attack with my puny 2/1, the guy thinks, "I'm gonna block with my 4/4, what a loser..." then Boom +2/+0, my dude dies and comes back, his just dies...
Warning: Don't try this against Kalitas!
It gets sillier when you use it on stuff with ETB value, like Noxious Gearhulk. Imagine attacking with the hulk, he double blocks to kill it, you Stamina it, kill his dudes, kill an extra one and even gain some life in the process... Rage quit!

Supernatural Stamina is prolly my fav common in the new set. Could use it in crats, blink, or just in an aggro shell as a pseudo-removal or removal evasion.

My favorite and the one I had most: get to play first, t1 Goblin Glory Chaser, t2 Call of the Full Moon

I even had people quit on t1 chaser but I really think it also depends on what they drew. These days a simple Fatal Push or Shock gets me form heaven to hell pretty fast especially if they wait until I cast the Moon or (worst of all) Infectious Bloodlust since it the one most likely to accommodate 2 or 3x Titan's Strength on t3. Still, probability-wise, I believe its one of the decks that has the most chance (combinations) of dealing 20+ damage by end of t4. Now, with the addition of Fling, you can even win by t3 :
t1 chaser
t2 Moon does 1+3=4,
t3 Titan does 2+3+3=8, fling does another 8
Total 20 :)

This has worked twice now.

T3, whatever they cast you cast counterspell 1, cancel it, cast counterspell 2, cancel it then cast counterspell 3 and they conceed.

They need to be 3 unique counters so he knows you have 3 and aren't just a moron who can't select spells to counter.

I love it. You're actually being very polite, "look, you're not going to have a good time"

I prefer to simply ensure they don't have a good time by making them play it out.

Apparently a turn five Gaea's Revenge is enough to make a few people quit.

Not yet, I had a turn 7 one when I got flooded last week with only a Grasp of Darkness in hand other than lands. That sucked.

As an eldrazi player, a t4 TKS exiling a key walker or t4 emerging a distended mindbender out of a 1/1 that makes a 3/2 and taking two cards away are the moves that make the most people concede from my experience.
