j/k: we simply can't be that consistent in this game

I tried, but everytime I do I just see posts trying to make bad decks good like Mono Green and Artifacts.

Yeah, the consistency sucks.

Unlicensed Disintegration. It's almost always a huge hp swing with Unlicensed Disintegration in hand in this meta. mardu vehicles, jund energy snake, grixis control, all the top tier decks run this card.

I was sort of being facetious, maybe I should have been more clear.

That said, something like that doesn't seem like it is TOO statistically out of the ballpark. In a deck where we are running 3x Push, 3x Unsub, 2x Unmaking, likely somewhere between 3-5 3cmc counterspells, 3x Blessed Alliance, and 3x Glimmer, and not taking into consideration any other overlap in early removal/counterspells (Fragmentize, Horribly Awry, Murder, and so on).

Definitely not saying its likely to happen all the time, just that it isn't terribly terribly improbable either.

Yeah, except that hand is now close to useless if your random opponent isn't playing aggro. That's when Unmaking becomes much better.

I've added some stat collection in Magic Duels Helper (https://www.magicduelshelper.com/cardstats). According to it, these are the top 5 based on the number of decks they are in and their rank. It's pretty basic at this point, but I am hoping to add more stuff if I have time.

19 Grasp of Darkness
20 Telling Time
24 Murder
25 Fiery Temper

Doesn't this show (more than anything) that most users don't have KLD or AER unlocked yet?

I think this Shows that many of the deck's there are from the SOI/EMN era and not enough are from KLD/AER.

Yeah, those are all time stats and older cards will be counted more. I've added stats for each season as well.
