hmm if they give mummies Wither as an homage to mummy rot that would be pretty neet

so sneks give +1/+1 counters and mummies deal damage as -1/-1 counters

Besides, I don't think 80's Hair Band would be a good tribal theme. Not sure it's got enough support cards. And Hair Bands don't fit the Egyptian gods theme.

Yeah, sand-covered wouldn't be reasoned enough, and Desert mana would simply bloat the current system.

But hell, I'd love to see Snow permanents coming back in some future set.
And sand-covered only brings back memories.

They could use Nile as inspiration for swamp design. Islands are the ones that doesn't make any sense.

Thematically infect would work in Amonkhet. Would hate it though.

Curious, why would infect get rid of vehicles? Just because they don't have infect? or is there something more subtle that I'm missing.

The thing infect would kill immediately is snek.dec

because infect is a faster aggro deck then vehicles are. why would you play a deck that needs 20 (or more) damage to kill when you can play one that only needs 10, and can't be countered by life gain?

I expect with -1/-1 counters snek is pretty much gone anyways, unless they add a lot more +1/+1 counter support
