I really hope they would do something regarding the Moss like they promised. Seeing how one common ruins whole decks makes me sad.

It's not really that bad. At turn 4 it can hurt you and if you get one right after, that's dam annoying. But late game it usually doesn't matter that much anymore. I would like to see some more cards that can handle planeswalkers. Damn Gideon is really dominating the game right now imo. And whoever gets it's planeswalker out first, usually wins. Doesn't count for me though... :D

PWs are mythic rares though. And common is common. Odds to see Moss instead of Gideon on T4 are 4x higher :/ Currently it kills fun of 3-color control decks for me.

CGB had great post on Moss if you hadn't read it yet. Perfectly describes all reasons it should be banned for our meta.

...which have been discussed ad nauseam prior to that. I'd suggest dropping it and getting back on track, since people are divided upon the Moss and its effectiveness in the meta (for the record, even though I use it, I think it should go and maybe replaced with Creeping Mold or the like).

Are there any games scheduled for today? Also, Hakeem, I found a program for you to use next time you guys run a tourney that seems to work well. PM me if you want to discuss.

Yeah I know. I understand it's an annoying card, I never play it. Not only because I think too much LD takes the fun out of the game but also because I never find a spot for it. And I definitely don't find it OP like so many players. Anyway, I'm actually glad with the card restriction in this game. Imagine you have to deal with four Gideons in one game... the horror! :)

Infuse the Elements would still be jank...but it would be nice not to have to worry as much about land-screw due to opponent interaction. Either that or we get some artifact mana. :D

Why would Infuse with the Elements be jank? If Increasing Savagery saw play in the finals of Pro Tour Avacyn's Restored in a tri-color deck then you can make Infuse work for you.

The only 2 issues with that is a) we don't know if we are getting those cards, and b) Moss might be irrelevant come the double expansion...one of which we don't know any of the cards that are coming in it.

Different set of circumstances, different meta. Things might change with the new sets in April, and likely they will, but Infuse does nothing special that would not be done better by an actual card that does something on its own. You could definitely blow some people away with this, but honestly, I'd rather have cards like Rolling Thunder in that deck than a conditional pump/trample that requires you to have a creature to be utilized.

No, they have their place. But it is an expensive pump spell in a meta where, unless you put it on a hexproof critter or while they are tapped out, you will most likely get punished.

Plus, even in our limited meta, there are better options for decks that would use it, even without Moss.

I've had that card played against me twice before non-Steamies got the update. It blew me out one game, but I wiped the board next turn so it didn't matter. The other game I Dispersed the creature in response.

I do like the fact the pump stays...that's nice. I can't remember if the trample stays or not, though.

Increasing Savagery has flashback...that card is just brutal since you have to account for it when doing your math, just like any flashback card. One of my favorite mechanics by far.
