Help. I cannot stream. Error code: 0x10331196

My game crashed earlier and I pressed the power button on my Xbox while I was streaming. After i turnt it back on my Twitch app does not stream anymore.

EDIT: I've noticed other people having the same issue. I believe the game is now blocked for broadcasting.

I've just completed my game against Splinter.

Match is over, Gemini won 2-0, it would start my stream for a minute then shut off, kept getting error messages

It was ugly...I got double mossed game one and just couldn't keep up to his threats game 2

Game1: So basically I kept him off of the singleton U source twice with Moss while grinding down his life total with a few 1/1's on board. His last play was Sire of Stagnation, and my last okay was Ravaging Blaze targeting Sire for x=5. GG.

Game2: Nothing really interesting. His Myr stop my Nissa for attacking for 2 turns until I ran out of patience. Baited a counter then slammed Gideon. It got answered with Bonds. My Shepherd came down and got Nissa back. Got a hit in with the angel and finished up with Rolling Thunder. GG

um gemini... error code 0x10331196, is the error code for when you are trying to stream on an underage account...

Also, make sure that your status is set to online. If you appear offline, you can't stream! Usually that's the problem.
