On Tuesday November 26 we’re removing Magic Duels: Origins from online storefronts and ending continued support for the game. At that time we’re removing the in-game store and all purchasing functions. Players who still have these games will be able to play multiplayer matches and have access to all single player content as well as all available cards. Multiplayer matchmaking will continue as normal.

From all of us, thank you again for your support of these games and the passion you've shared.

no big deal. I only play Magic 2014 anyway (of the old Duels of the Planeswalkers games).

I just got this update. I was excited for a minute thinking the update was adding something, then googled and saw the official notice. :(

I’d be pissed if I was a newer player and had been banking gold for a larger purchase. Seems like they could have done some sort of heads up - incoming! announcement before pulling the in game store. WotC ****ed up on this one from beginning all the way (bugs, taking away cards and issuing lame replacements, implementing the auto pass thing that almost made it unplayable for a period between updates, ending new content in the middle of a block, etc) to the bitter end :/

Wonder how this will impact matchmaking? I hadn’t been having any issues finding matches since they stopped adding new content. But now they’ve killed incentives for peeps who haven’t already unlocked everything...

I mean, s***, they could have at least waited for Arena to release on console first
