I think it is trash in TurboFog too to be honest with you.

I have only ever seen it once while playing on the ladder, and coincidentally it was in a Control deck that ended up drawing into both of them early and was dead before the extra mana actually paid off for anything.

I thought i'd give it a go in marionette master combo, played it turn 1 which is pretty much as good as it's gonna get and it was still awful (even though my deck is well suited for it with a bunch of 1 cmc stuff as well) If it's that bad in ideal circumstances i can't imagine how miserable it'd be later on in the game.

Man, I really wanted this card to be good. I wanted it to be an answer in 4- or 5-colour decks, but it just doesn't swing like I had hoped.

I guess you could use Quarry Hauler to get an extra counter on it. Doubt it would help make the card useful though.
