Marionette Master is the card I never seem to get to work. I'm probably trying too hard... (combos MM with Snek, Implement of Ferocity, Hidden Stockpile, etc.)

Well, if you weren't playing Eldritch Moon cards before Shadows Over Innistrad, then maybe you're not as dedicated to the game as I thought you were. Frankly, I'm a little disappointed.

Yeah, I think MM is pretty decent. I've played with it in several color pairings with token/crats style strategies and been happy with it. Very fun.

Someone found a 20 damage combo using Marionette Master, Metalwork Colossus, Verdurous Gearhulk, and Ever After, using a Grixis reanimator shell. Super Lad Man did a gameplay series on it if you're curious. Hilarious when it worked, and wasn't quite as difficult as you'd think considering the amount of pieces involved. Not a Serious Deck tho.
