Crumbling Vestige has been pretty much entirely usurped by
Aether Hub. At the very worst Hub performs identically to the Vestige and in a deck that has any capability to generate energy Hub becomes the gift that keeps on giving. I can't imagine a reason to run one over the over.
Blighted Steppe/
Blighted Gorge - As far as I'm aware these things didn't see a huge amount of play to begin with and they haven't gotten better with age. A lifegain deck prefers a constant supply of small infusions of life over a single expensive infusion and the burn from Gorge is pathetic at this point in the game.
Rogue's Passage - This was fine back when trample was surprisingly obscure but with a slew of powerful creatures who can trample or ignore the enemies defenses altogether it's really lost a lot of it's initial bite. Which, to be honest, wasn't really all that huge to begin with. Nowadays there is simply infinitely more useful things you could be doing with that mana.
Hanweir Battlements - I don't play Red Aggro but has
Hanweir Garrison stopped being a thing people play on T3? I use him in a couple of decks and he can turn the table himself. With that in mind so long as he hasn't been usurped by something in that role in the last few sets I imagine Battlements still sees some play just to make a stronger version of Garrison.
Foundry of the Consuls - I can see this getting some play with the blocks push towards artifacts and/or thopters, especially now that two-colour artifact decks are more viable. So I guess it's ability to effect the meta depends entirely on whether or not dual-colour artifact decks are a thing. Damned if I know...
Ruins of Oran-Rief - See the above comment about Foundry but pretty edge case even in those decks. 2/2 Thopters/Artifacts are nice and all but it's a hit to tempo and can hurt you if your deck requires multiple specific mana sources. I don't think we'll see much of it anymore.
Inventors' Fair - Are vehicles still powerful and also artifacts? I mean the cards obviously designed for an 'artifacts matter' deck but can I see it seeing play in a deck just to serve as a vehicle tutor? Yeah sure why not. I mean it probably won't but I wouldn't be surprised to see it either, you know?
Drownyard Temple - Did this thing ever have a home? I just sort of forgot it existed to be honest.
Warped Landscape - Was this ever used? I can't even think of a stupid archetype that wants it and stupid arcetypes are my bread and butter.
